The HiCo-ICS 1st and 2nd level maintenance of customized components includes:

• Analysis and removal of reported defects of customized components, which functionality is subject to maintenance.

• Analysis and removal of reported defects of standard products with customized components, which functionality is subject to maintenance.

• Adaption of the Eventsystem and the GUI, programmed by HiCo-ICS, when installing new official Service Packs and Tridion Hotfixes. Adaption is only for customized TMCS products, which are subject to maintenance. All remaining functionalities are subject to the support.
