The HiCo-ICS 1st and 2nd level maintenance of Tridion products includes hotfixes, services packs, minor and major versions, which comprise a functional further development of the standardized product Tridion.

Within the scope of this maintenance, HiCo-ICS is responsible for assistance and consulting, when installing Tridion service packs and Tridion hotfixes.
