Welcome at the HiCo Customer-Support!

If problems appear when using software, a prompt solution is required. Therefore we offer professional support for our software solutions.

One part of the HiCo InService-Support-System is the HiCo telephone hotline. This hotline enables the customers to place messages without being online.

The HiCo telephone hotline is reachable from Monday to Thursday from 07:45 to 18:15 and on Friday from 07:45 to 15:30 o’clock +43 2682 / 704 61 45.

When calling our telephone hotline our customers will be connected with one of our call center agents, who will assist you when creating a new ticket.

The created ticket will then be transferred to the dispatcher on duty, who is responsible for the first evaluation of the ticket. Afterwards the ticket will be dispatched - if necessary - to the responsible 1st-level helpdesk support. If no solution can be found, the dispatcher decides in common with the customer about the initiation of the escalation management.

With a HiCo support contract, you are also able to login in our support system and enter your calls immediately. Our employees will be informed as quickly as possible to handle the calls.
